Job summary

Derby Audi, part of the Sytner Group, has a great opportunity for a Bodyshop Paint Technician to join our team. You will perform paint and SMART repairs on vehicles, ensuring high quality results within set timescales and contributing to the overall presentation of cars for sale and for retail customers.

The role requires previous Paint or SMART Repair experience in a Bodyshop, a passion for precision, and strong time management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Paint or S.M.A.R.T Repair Technician is essential.
• Ability to deliver repairs to a high standard within set timescales.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Bodyshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Refurbishing painted alloy wheels.
• Refurbishing and renovating cars for resale and retail customers.
• Repairing scratches, scuffs and dents.
• General interior refurbishment and related duties.

About the role

Derby Audi a leading VWG Approved Bodyshop currently has a great opportunity available for a Bodyshop Paint Technician to join our talented team.

As a Sytner Paint Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out paint and S.M.A.R.T repairs on vehicles. You must have the ability to competently carry out repairs to a high level of quality in set timescales.

Duties will include: refurbishing painted alloy wheels, refurbishing and renovating cars ready for resale and retail customers, attending to and repairing scratches, scuffs and dents, general interior refurbishment and other similar duties.

About You

Previous experience as a Paint or SMART Repair Technician is essential. Experience in a similar Bodyshop environment is beneficial as we are looking for an individual who has the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who is passionate to deliver the highest possible standard of repair with strong attention to detail. Strong time management and organisational skills are also required as you will ensure that assigned jobs are completed within estimated times.
