The Vella Group is a leading UK accident repair specialist seeking a Bodyshop Manager for a site in Haverfordwest. You will oversee repair, estimating and production processes, drive productivity, and manage relationships with customers and Work Providers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing bodyshop operations and production workflows.
• Strong knowledge of BSI 10125, HSE, COSHH, and EPA regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, conduct appraisals and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair, estimating and production processes to ensure efficiency.
• Lead daily production meetings and manage schedules.
• Maintain labour utilisation and deploy technicians effectively.
• Act as senior point of contact for customer complaints.
• Build relationships with Work Providers and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure timely supplementary estimates with images.
• Maintain accurate notes in management systems and monitor SLA compliance.
• Conduct final QC checks and drive site improvements.
• Lead and develop onsite staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Promote quality, safety and accountability across the site.
• Attend training and support other sites as needed.
