Qualifications

  • Experience as a Bodyshop Manager within an Accident Repair Centre.
  • Strong knowledge of the workings of an Automotive Bodyshop.
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small team of 10+ members.
  • Plan resources and equipment around budgets and financial plans.
  • Review KPI performance to identify areas of potential shortfall.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Manager to join our Client based in Cheltenham.

Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Manager On Target Earnings of £80,400.

The hours of work for this Bodyshop Manager role are Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm with paid breaks included.

  • Starting salary up to £57,500-60,000 per annum, depending if the successful candidate takes the company electric vehicle.

Requirements
  • Have experience as a Bodyshop Manager within an Accident Repair Centre
  • Have a strong knowledge of the workings of an Automotive Bodyshop
  • Leadership Qualities and Supervisory Skills
  • An up-to-date technical knowledge and skills
  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to understand customer expectations
Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team of 10+ members of staff.
  • Plan resources and equipment levels around budgets and financial plans.
  • Establish and maintain control of consistent workflow with the centre through effective capacity planning.
  • Regularly and consistently review KPI performance to identify areas of potential shortfall.
  • Manage customer complaints and bring them to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Motivating and discussing each team member's impact on the overall site performance.
