Job summary

A reputable automotive services provider in Weston-super-Mare is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality service and motivate the team while managing day-to-day operations. This role offers an attractive salary with performance-related bonuses and further training opportunities. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with no weekends required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bodyshop Manager within an Accident Repair Centre.
• Strong knowledge of the workings of an Automotive Bodyshop.
• Up-to-date technical knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest level of attention for all vehicles entering the site for repair.
• Motivate the team to take pride in their work and ensure a first-time fix.
• Maintain effective relationships with colleagues, insurers, and manufacturers.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Manager to join our Client based in Weston-super-Mare.

Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Manager On Target Earnings of £60,000.

The hours of work for this Bodyshop Manager role are: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday with no weekends required!

Requirements

• Have experience as a Bodyshop Manager within an Accident Repair Centre
• Have a strong knowledge of the workings of an Automotive Bodyshop
• Leadership Qualities and Supervisory Skills
• An up‑to‑date technical knowledge and skills
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to understand customer expectations

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to take pride in their work and ensure a first‑time fix
• Maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, insurers, and manufacturers
• Taking responsibility for P&L of the Bodyshop
