A leading accident repair organization in Harrow is seeking a Bodyshop Manager to oversee workshop operations and maintain high-quality standards. You will ensure a motivated team starts work on time and meets daily targets, while also managing vehicle repair quality. Ideal candidates are self-motivated and skilled in collaboration, with a strong background in repair processes. Salary:
£57,500 - £77,900 OTE with a company EV Vehicle
£60,000 - £80,400 OTE without a company EV Vehicle
Note that BIK (benefit in kind tax) is paid on all company vehicles from your gross salary.
Hours: 50 hours per week including paid breaks, 7am-5pm Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Bodyshop Manager to join our Accident Repair Centre in Harrow. The Bodyshop Manager plays a pivotal role ensuring the smooth running of the workshop, whilst maintaining Halo’s quality, customer service and speed of repairs. They will report to and work closely with the Regional Manager. You will work efficiently in a modern fast-paced clean environment, collaborating as a team player and consistently meeting tight deadlines.
