The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic SMART (Body Shop) Manager to lead an Eastbourne repair centre. You'll oversee a skilled team, manage daily operations, and drive growth in both B2B and retail business. SMART repairs cover light damage work, including dents, scuffs, paint chips, and alloy refurbishment.

Key Responsibilities:
