Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting an experienced Bodyshop Controller for an established automotive accident repair centre in the Cheltenham area. You will lead production operations, maximise efficiency and ensure repair quality and customer satisfaction.

The role offers a salary up to £40,000–£45,000 per year, depending on experience, plus monthly performance-based bonuses, 31 days’ annual leave (including bank holidays), discounted gym membership and in-house training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bodyshop Controller or in a comparable bodyshop production management position.
• Detailed knowledge of vehicle repair methods and bodyshop processes.
• Previous hands-on technical automotive experience.
• Relevant technical qualifications are essential.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to high-quality repairs.
• A willingness to learn and work with modern automotive repair technology.

We are recruiting an experienced Bodyshop Controller to join our established automotive accident repair centre in the Cheltenham area.

As a Bodyshop Controller, you will help lead production operations within one of the UK’s leading automotive accident repair networks.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised Bodyshop Controller to contribute to repair quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
