Qualifications

  • Must have experience as a Bodyshop Controller within an Accident Repair Centre.
  • Need strong knowledge of the workings of an Automotive Bodyshop.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Centre Manager and productive team to ensure best process.
  • Monitor individual and workshop efficiencies to meet key performance indicators.
  • Plan the distribution of work among the team utilising available skills.

We are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Controller to join our Client based in Basingstoke.

Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Controller On Target Earnings of £45,000.

The hours of work for this role are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5pm. No Weekends.

Specification
  • Have experience as a Bodyshop Controller within an Accident Repair Centre
  • Have a strong knowledge of the workings of an Automotive Bodyshop
  • Leadership Qualities and Supervisory Skills
  • An up-to-date technical knowledge and skills
  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to understand customer expectations
Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Centre Manager and productive team to ensure best process.
  • Ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the team.
  • Monitor individual and workshop efficiencies to ensure key performance indicators are met.
  • To calculate and manage the effective use of the bodyshop.
  • Plan the distribution of work among the team utilising available skills mix.
  • Monitor the quality of work carried out on accident damaged vehicles and ensure work is carried out to a high standard.
  • Identify individual training and development needs.
