Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bodyshop or similar role is essential.
• Strong communication skills are required to assist customers.
• Familiarity with Motor Dealership Database Software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding vehicle repair work.
• Produce Job Cards using in-house computer systems.
• Update customer and vehicle records.
• Prepare and complete invoices for services rendered.
• Advise customers on estimated costs and timescales for repairs.
• Liaise with accounts team and insurance companies.

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Accident Repair Centre who are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Advisor to assist in their busy team, in the Southampton area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Bodyshop Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Requirements

• A working experience within this role or similar
• Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
• Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

Duties

• Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
• Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems

• Prepare and complete Invoices
• Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed

The hours of work in this position are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm working pattern, with no weekends.
