• £41,500 per year (£798 per week) basic salary plus uncapped bonus potential

Your Role

• Work Monday to Friday (days) and Saturday mornings only
• Perform multi‑skilled vehicle body repairs, including paint, panel, and MET
• Deliver high‑quality repairs that meet business and customer standards
• Provide excellent customer service every time
• Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers
• Maintain strict health and safety compliance with accurate documentation

Requirements

• Previous experience in multi‑skilled vehicle body repair
• BS 10125 or minimum NVQ Level 3 in relevant competencies
• ATA cosmetic accreditation preferred
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
