A leading charity based in the UK is seeking a Board Trustee and Member of the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee. This voluntary role offers an opportunity to ensure financial performance, support audits, and guide risk management in a values-driven organization. Ideal candidates will have experience in finance, fundraising, and governance. Quarterly meetings are held in Newcastle and online.
Board Trustee and Member Finance, Audit & Risk Committee
Location: Newcastle (Board meetings) / Online (Committee meetings)
Commitment: Quarterly meetings (Board: half day in Newcastle; FARC: 2 hours online)
Term: Voluntary (expenses reimbursed)
