Qualifications

• Proven track record in FP&A or Commercial Finance.
• Experience in a multi-site or consumer-facing environment.
• Hands-on and confident presenting at board level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal finance team and accounting partners.
• Deliver insightful board and lender reporting.
• Responsible for budgeting, cashflow forecasting, and financial planning.
• Own group financial model and 3-year investment strategy.
• Present business cases for new sites and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee statutory requirements including financial accounts and audits.
