We’re more than a housing provider. We create safe, affordable homes and improve lives across our communities. As we continue to grow and strengthen, we’re looking for people who want to use their skills and experience to support our work and help shape our future. As a not for profit housing association, we own and manage more than 8,000 homes across Salford and hold G1 / C1 / V2 ratings from our latest regulatory review.
We’re recruiting two new Board Members to join us in early 2026. For one role, we’re seeking a social housing professional with strong expertise in customer service and housing management. For the second, we’re looking for a strategic leader with a breadth of experience across technology, digital, cyber security and data. Ideally, you’ll bring CIO level insight or equivalent experience to help us navigate opportunities and risks in this space. In addition to these Board roles, we are also appointing an Independent Committee Member with experience in finance and development.
You will bring the relevant professional background for the role you are applying for, together with the ability to contribute effectively at Board level. You will be someone who embodies our values of being trustworthy, successful and inclusive.
We would particularly welcome applications from candidates who are currently underrepresented at decision-making levels in our sector, including women, people from ethnically diverse backgrounds within the UK, LGBTQ+ people and disabled people.
