B3Living is seeking a Board Member with asset management experience to shape its strategic direction and ensure its homes remain safe, sustainable and fit for the future. You will engage in governance, risk management and long-term asset oversight while supporting residents and communities.

The role emphasizes building safety, compliance and energy efficiency as part of the 2024-2027 strategy, with a mix of in-person and virtual participation.

Qualifications

• Significant asset management experience, preferably in social housing or regulated property environments.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, regulatory requirements and risk management.
• Ability to contribute strategic insight and independent judgment in asset investment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance oversight and strategic direction at board level.
• Contribute to discussions on asset management strategies, planned maintenance and capital investment.
• Support building safety, property compliance and energy/environmental sustainability initiatives.
