Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in coach or passenger transport.
• Strong track record in supplier management and contracting.
• Experience leading technological change in operations.
• Ability to develop managers and run operations at board level.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the operation at board level and lead through the management team.
• Own operator partner network strategy, contracting and capacity planning.
• Shape fleet strategy including renewal and propulsion options.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and assurance frameworks for vehicles and drivers.
• Take commercial accountability for supplier costs and operations budget.
• Lead technology and systems modernisation across planning, scheduling, telematics and MI.
