Job summary

OneSchool Global UK is seeking an experienced Governance and Reporting Manager to join the Governance, Risk and Compliance team. You will support the UK Board and its Sub-Committees while driving governance excellence in a regulated educational and charitable environment.

This role suits governance professionals, company secretaries, legal professionals or compliance specialists who operate at strategic and operational levels.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting Boards and Committees in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, charity and/or company law.
• Experience developing governance processes, policies and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Act as Secretary to the UK Board and Sub-Committees and coordinate meetings.
• Maintain governance documentation, terms of reference and schedules.
• Produce governance, risk and performance reporting for the Board.
• Support strategic projects, regulatory engagement and governance improvements.
• Lead reputational risk, policy management and conflicts of interest programmes.
• Coordinate serious incident reporting and other regulatory reporting.
• Maintain governance artefacts, registers and licences.
