About The Role

We are looking to recruit an ambitious and successful individual to become our BMW Motorrad Brand Manager at Sytner Stevenage as we prepare to launch the exciting world of Motorrad BMW Bikes in Hertfordshire.

As a Sytner Motorrad Brand Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and development of the entire BMW Motorrad sales operation. You will lead from the front and inspire a fantastic team of colleagues, including Sales Executives and Business Managers, all of whom are integral in making the department the success that it is today. You will also coach and mentor individuals and team competence in order to further the department\'s success.

With Motorrad joining an already very successful Business we anticipate a strong demand and high level of enquiries from the start. Your key objectives aside from maximising opportunities to meet sales and profit targets include effective enquiry management and ensuring optimum stock of BMW Motorrad Approved used/new bikes is available at all times, while working closely with our Aftersales centre to ensure our customers are looked after throughout the purchase and customer support journey.

This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

It\'s imperative that the successful candidate will come to us with a history of outstanding results in a similar position within the Motor Bike industry. You will not be satisfied by just hitting your targets and your ambition drives you to exceed on every occasion.

A desire and passion to bring new ideas to the department to continue to drive our year-on-year growing performance are paramount. You should be a strong motivator and someone who not only leads but is there to help and support their colleagues.
