Job summary

Sytner Chigwell invites you to an exciting Parts Apprenticeship, where you will gain hands-on experience supplying parts to workshop, retail and trade customers while training toward a Customer Service Practitioner qualification.

You will be supported by a mentor and receive brand-specific training across luxury vehicles, with the chance to start a rewarding career with one of the UK’s leading automotive groups.

Qualifications

• GCSEs A*-C/9-4 in English and Maths plus one other subject, or equivalent Functional Skills Level 2.
• Predicted or achieved entry requirements for an apprenticeship.
• Interest in luxury vehicles and BMW/MINI brands.

Responsibilities

• Support parts supply to workshop, retail and trade customers.
• Work with a mentor and brand-specific training during the apprenticeship.
• Aim to achieve Customer Service Practitioner Qualification as part of the programme.

Sytner Chigwell, are proud to offer you the opportunity of joining us as a Parts Apprentice. You would be working towards achieving a Customer Service Practitioner Qualification. You will have the opportunity to work around the latest cars, supplying parts to our workshop, retail and trade customers.

Sytner Chigwell includes a large parts department, state of the art workshop and customer focused showroom. On your journey, you will be supported by a Mentor whilst working with us, this is in conjunction with the brand specific training (all training is dual branded).
