• Proven hands-on experience servicing and maintaining BMS systems.

• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with energy management and smart building technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BMS Service Engineers.
• Supervise maintenance activities across client sites.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors to deliver service.
