BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer

Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Building Management Systems (BMS) Engineer for the north west region. This is a superb opportunity to join a company that has been established for over 40 years and specializes in building energy management systems.

Salary / Package: £47,000 - £55,000

Responsibilities:

1. The purpose of this position is to carry out the commissioning of BMS Systems and their associated controls.
2. The production of detailed reports including commissioning reports, test results, and as-fitted drawings.
3. The integration of 3rd party systems into the BMS using MODbus, Mbus, or BACnet.
4. Keeping the project manager, service coordinator, or director up to date.

Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced BMS Controls engineer.
• You will be familiar with most control systems such as: Trend, Tridium, Distech, Honeywell, Schneider.
• Knowledge and experience of communication protocols such as: MODbus and BACnet.
• Experienced working within a commissioning or service position.
• Professional with a can-do attitude.
