A leading building automation firm is seeking a BMS Service Account Manager to manage service contracts across London and the Southeast. Location: London & Southeast (Hybrid / Field-Based)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

As a BMS Service Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of service and maintenance clients across London and the Southeast. Acting as the primary point of contact, you’ll ensure that each client receives an exceptional level of service — maintaining contract compliance, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving growth through renewals, upgrades, and energy‑saving initiatives.
You’ll work closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure operational success and act as a trusted advisor to clients on all things BMS.
