London (Zone 1 projects) | Permanent | £57K - £85K + Travel + Bonus + Package

If you're a confident, technically sharp BMS or ELV Project Manager tired of red tape, disconnected teams and rigid structures — this one's worth your attention.

The Role

• Full project ownership from design and engineering through to install and commissioning
• Projects average £1.5M — and you'll typically manage 1 or 2 at a time (never more than 3)
• You'll be backed by a tight team: Project Engineer, Commissioning Manager, and Supervisor — with admin support on the bigger schemes
• Interface directly with clients, consultants, and site teams — autonomy and trust are baked into the culture

What We're Looking For

• Background in BMS, controls, or ELV systems (fire, security, data)
• Client-facing, independent PMs who know how to lead teams and run jobs
• Comfortable delivering on technically demanding MEP packages
• Familiar with building automation, energy controls or integrated systems
• Based within commuting distance to Central London — all travel to site covered
