A recruiting agency is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager for a role in Central London. This position involves managing all stages of BMS project delivery, from design coordination to final client handover. Candidates must have proven experience in delivering large BMS projects and a strong understanding of M&E systems. The company offers benefits such as private medical insurance, matched pension contributions, and extensive training opportunities. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available.
We're supporting a long-established BMS contractor that delivers complex, multi-system projects across Central London and the South East. The business is known for taking full responsibility for delivery in-house, giving project managers clear ownership, strong technical backing, and the ability to influence outcomes from start to finish.
This organisation works across major commercial developments where BMS plays a critical role in energy performance, compliance, and day-to-day building operation. Their projects regularly involve integration with wider ELVS packages and require close coordination with main contractors, consultants, and end users.
As BMS Project Manager, you will manage the full lifecycle of projects, from sales handover through design coordination, engineering, installation, commissioning, and final client handover.
You’ll lead project teams, manage subcontractors, and take responsibility for programme, cost control, quality, and health & safety. You’ll also play a key role in identifying variations, managing project commercials, and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Following a successful probation period, you'll benefit from a 4.5% matched pension contribution, private medical insurance, income protection and life cover (4× salary), access to an employee assistance programme, discretionary sick pay, a health cash plan, and extensive training and development opportunities.
This is your chance to take the next step in your career.
