Our control panels and systems are installed in major locations, including The Shard, Harrods, the Royal Albert Hall, the V&A, and the Bank of England. About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and engineering teams in coordinating day‑to‑day project activities. This role is focused on ensuring engineers are correctly scheduled, briefed, and supported so that project delivery runs smoothly from planning through to on‑site work and follow‑up. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys multitasking, problem‑solving, and keeping complex workstreams organised. You will be central to communication between Project Managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers.

Responsibilities
  • Engineer Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange and manage engineer bookings for site visits, meetings, commissioning work, surveys, and follow‑up tasks.
  • Project Support: Assist Project Managers with task tracking, updating project plans, and ensuring all dependencies are organised and delivered on time.
  • Communication Hub: Act as the central point of coordination between Project Managers, engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure clarity on schedules, priorities, and expectations.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare documentation, update internal records, maintain logs, file reports, and ensure all project information is kept up to date.
  • Logistics & Preparation: Coordinate materials, documentation, and preparations required for engineers prior to site attendance.
  • Issue Tracking: Flag scheduling conflicts, delays, or resource issues early and help project teams resolve them quickly.
  • Process Support: Assist in improving internal project coordination processes and maintaining high operational standards.
Qualifications
