• 3+ years of proven BMS estimating experience with good knowledge of BEMS systems.
• Proficient in scrutinising, interpreting and correlating financial data effectively.
• Eager to continually learn, improve and adapt to market trends.

• Negotiate and confer with suppliers and clients to derive the best plans.
