Qualifications

• Ideally familiar with building management systems like Trend & IQ Vision.
• Experienced with HVAC systems and related controls.
• Ability to work on a rota basis on-call.

• Carry out small repairs and remedial works.
• Provide routine inspections of BMS equipment.

BMS Engineer - Data Centres

Alecto Recruitment is working on a superb opportunity within the BMS / BEMS industry with our client who are arguably the most successful and established independent, employee owned BMS Companies. This is a great opportunity within their Data Centre division and will cover sites around Slough / West Drayton & Hayes areas.

Responsibilities

• Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems in accordance with service level agreement
• Carry out small repairs and remedial works
• Provide routine inspections of BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance

Requirements

• Ideally you will be familiar with Trend & IQ Vision
• Experienced with any of the following systems: Tridium, Schneider, EcoStruxure
• HVAC Mechanical plant experience / understanding
• Knowledge and experience of protocols such as; KNX, BACnet, Modbus etc
• Ability to fault find and have proven diagnostic skills and ability to resolve technical issues
• Be required to work on a rota basis on-call
