Job Title: Mobile BMS Engineer (Trend & Tridium)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced BMS Engineer with strong skills in Trend and Tridium (Niagara) systems to join our growing Building Management Systems team. This is a mobile role, requiring travel to client sites for planned maintenance, reactive support, commissioning, and small works across a wide range of commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for BMS systems, primarily Trend and Tridium / Niagara.
• Carry out PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and functional checks to ensure system performance and energy efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve faults, alarms, and control issues across a variety of HVAC and building automation systems.
• Perform adjustments, re-commissioning, and optimisation to improve system performance.
• Support and deliver small works, including software modifications, panel upgrades, and controller replacements.
• Install and configure Trend IQ controllers, IQL systems, and Tridium / Niagara frameworks.
• Produce clear and accurate technical reports, RAMS, and documentation following each visit.
• Work closely with clients, facility managers, and project teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Participate in out-of-hours emergency support (if part of team rota).
