This opportunity offers the opportunity to work to a hybrid working arrangement, with occasional site visits.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of complex EPMS and HVAC control systems, creating detailed specifications, drawings, and documentation.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary project teams to support the development of Point Lists and Sequences of Operations, adhering to industry, safety, and client standards.
- Manage all project deliverables, focusing on QA and QC reviews, technical bid assessments, contract oversight, and the approval of all design elements.
- Assist with commissioning and testing processes, via FATs, RFI submissions and resolutions, technical guidance, software bench tests, and design change integration.
- Maintain compliance with quality assurance procedures, safety regulations, business standards, and industry best practices, across all works.
- Conduct and oversee project meetings, ensuring transparency between clients, stakeholders, and project teams, whilst also providing mentorship for junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related discipline, with a Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status.
- 7+ years of experience as a BMS Engineer, or a similar position, delivering I&C or mechanical engineering projects, with an inclusion of both field and design work.
- Significant understanding of relevant industry software resources and tools, such as Microsoft Office and Autodesk Revit, and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of BAS system design principles, with the ability to establish, develop, and maintain detailed documentation.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills, with proficient organisation and presentation abilities.
