Job summary
Office Owls Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced BEMS/BMS Commissioning Engineer to join a nationwide facilities and building services provider. The role covers commissioning, testing and fault-finding across commercial and industrial sites.
You will work with Siemens, Tridium Niagara and Cylon platforms, configure BMS controllers, and hand over to clients, with a salary of £55,000-£60,000 and a company vehicle or allowance. Travel across the UK is expected.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' BMS commissioning experience.
- Strong HVAC and controls knowledge.
- Experience with Siemens, Tridium Niagara and/or Cylon.
- Good understanding of BMS networking and communications.
Responsibilities
- Commission and test BEMS/BMS systems from installation through to handover.
- Carry out point-to-point, I/O and functional testing.
- Commission HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs, boilers, chillers, pumps and VAV systems.
- Configure and fault-find BMS controllers and field devices.
- Work with Siemens, Tridium Niagara and Cylon platforms.
- Work with BACnet, Modbus and other BMS communication protocols.
- Review drawings, points lists and control strategies.
- Complete commissioning documentation and client handovers.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and project teams.
