Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd in London is seeking an experienced BMC Helix Solution Architect to join a large-scale enterprise transformation programme. You will design and implement scalable, automated service management solutions that support critical business operations within a hybrid, on-site and remote setup.

The role requires strong expertise with BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB, Discovery and automation, plus CIS Controls v8.1 and ITIL frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and implementing BMC Helix solutions (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery).
• Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy/Helix architecture, workflows and integrations.
• Experience applying CIS Controls v8.1 and ITIL best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect BMC Helix solutions aligned to business requirements.
• Lead the implementation and integration of BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Digital Workplace and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with infra, cloud, apps and business teams to deliver scalable service management platforms.
• Drive automation and workflow optimisation to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Define solution architecture, standards, governance and best practices.
• Support improvements across Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Configuration Management.
