Job summary

BM Caterers is hiring for a friendly coffee bar team member in Crawley Down. You will prepare and serve a range of coffees, teas and drinks, welcome customers, and create a memorable bar experience.

You will share menu knowledge, manage allergen information, keep the counter tidy, and assist with stock and tills as part of a supportive team. The role highlights a welcoming service style, attention to cleanliness and presentation, and opportunities for growth through training and development.
