The role involves proactive on-street patrols to detect Blue Badge misuse, compiling legally compliant evidential case files, and supporting court proceedings. You will work alongside Civil Enforcement Officers to strengthen enforcement across councils.

Qualificações

• Previous investigative or enforcement experience.
• Full UK driving license is required.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Detect Blue Badge misuse through proactive on-street patrols and badge inspection.
• Prepare complete evidential case files compliant for prosecution and give evidence in court where required.
• Work with Civil Enforcement Officers to link on-street activity with intelligence and investigation.
