Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Blockchain Security Operations Vice President to lead security for institutional blockchain infrastructure. You will detect threats, assess vulnerabilities, and coordinate incident response to safeguard digital assets and smart contracts.

In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay ahead of on-chain threat trends, and drive innovative security solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, focusing on threat detection, incident response, and security infrastructure management.
• Expertise across security domains incl. network security, malware analysis, threat hunting, and security architecture/design; proficient with SIEM tools and analytics.
• Knowledge of security for on-prem, cloud, or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance threat detection for blockchain and digital assets.
• Monitor and analyze on-chain/off-chain data to identify vulnerabilities and incidents; support threat mitigation and incident response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote security best practices across the organization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to drive security enhancements.
