The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Blender to join an industry leading business and join a team responsible for tinting paints, lacquers, and stains to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Tint paints, lacquers, and stains accurately according to specified recipes.
• Report any formulation or production errors promptly.
• Retain product samples and maintain batch records for traceability.
• Operate and maintain Corob and Dromont tinting equipment.
• Rework and adjust returned materials under supervision where required.
• Move raw materials between the warehouse and colour laboratory.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Carry out routine equipment cleaning and report maintenance issues.
• Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and waste management procedures.
• Support customer deliveries when required, depending on site requirements.
• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Undertake additional duties as directed by the Blending Supervisor or Facility Manager.
