Job description

We currently have a Fixed Term vacancy covering maternity leave for a forward thinking, dynamic and compassionate senior registered nurse. We are interested in hearing from people who feel they can make a difference with their expertise and positive outlook and would like to contribute to Nottingham CityCares vision of providing excellent care. This role is working 18.75 hours per week. Successful applicants will have excellent communication skills and be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of personalised care plans, to ensure high quality care is given as well as provide a high standard of general nursing care to all patients, ensuring that they are treated with dignity and respect while promoting a safe environment.

Responsibilities
  • To have continuing responsibility for the maintenance of a high standard of care to the patients and carers on the DN caseload
  • To contribute to the continuing responsibility/management of the caseload, DN team and related resources
  • To contribute to strategies and policies for DN service improvement and development
  • To take an active role in the delivery of Public Health agenda
