Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Genetics or a related field.

• Fully compliant and cleared to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Sample reception and registration.
• Record keeping and quality control.
• Preparation of kits for in-house tests.
• DNA extraction from blood, buccal cells, saliva.
• Inventory management and procurement of reagents.
• Preparation of SAT (Sperm Aneuploidy Test) samples.
• Performing PCR and minisequencing (wet lab).
• Performing Karyomapping (wet lab).
• Support development and application of molecular and molecular cytogenetic protocols for PGT (A/S/M) including PGT-A, PGT-SR, PGT-M.
