Job summary

Luton Bennett in Birmingham is seeking a Pipe Fitter (Plumber / Mechanical) to install biomass boilers for an industry leading renewable energy supplier. The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours, 08:30 to 17:00, with full training and regular overtime opportunities, and field-based work across client sites in the UK with regular stay away during the week.

Experience in commercial pipe fitting / plumbing is required; formal qualifications are not essential.

Qualifications

• Commercial pipe fitting / plumbing experience.
• Formal qualifications not essential.
• Knowledge of tools and installation techniques for biomass boilers.

Responsibilities

• Install biomass boilers at client sites.
• Carry out snagging lists.
• Troubleshoot faults and perform repairs.
• Supervise boiler builds.
• Complete risk assessments.
• Work across the UK with regular stay away.
