Are you a passionate and engaging Biology Teacher looking for your next exciting role?

Vision for Education are seeking a Teacher of Physics for our client school in the Oldham area.

About the role

As an outstanding classroom practitioner, with a drive to improve the life chances of young people through education, the successful applicant:

• Must be able to motivate, challenge and inspire pupils to succeed in Biology

• Must be committed to improving the outcomes for all pupils

• Will hold high expectations of themselves and pupils

• Will have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and improve practice in themselves and others

• Will be up to date with relevant pedagogy and apply this to their teaching

The successful applicant will be teaching across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)

Starting January 2026 until July 2026

The school supports pupils well, both accademically and emotionally and provides a wide range of extra curricular activities that students are encouraged to attend. Requirements

To be considered for the role of Teacher of Biology you will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience teaching Biology up to KS4
  • Be able to motivate, inspire and challenge students
  • Able to provide suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
