Role Summary

The school is looking to take on a Biology teacher starting in September 2025. The successful applicant will be working across both Key Stages 4 and 5, including exam preparation for GCSEs and A Levels. The role will be paramount in helping students achieve excellent results in the subject, whilst following and implementing the schemes of learning.

Qualifications

• Graduate with qualified teacher status.

• Excellent in-depth knowledge of the Science / Biology curriculumin the development of young people and of the place of within the wider curriculum.
• Understanding of the importance of a rigorous reading strategy to ensure students' confidence and reading fluency.
