Qualifications

Ability to formulate, solve, and critically evaluate advanced biological problems.
Excellent written English and ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly.
Ability to work asynchronously in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

Author original, challenging multiple-choice biology questions with one correct answer and nine plausible alternatives.
Review and verify pre-written biology questions for accuracy, clarity, rigor, and solvability.
Ensure questions are unambiguous, self-contained, and precisely defined, with all information included.
Assign difficulty ratings (Medium, Hard, Expert) based on knowledge requirements.
Develop step-by-step solutions with concise reasoning in Markdown.
Provide 1–5 reputable academic references for each question.
Identify and document issues involving clarity, precision, completeness, or solvability.
