Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering BNG under the statutory biodiversity metric.
• Deep understanding of policy, legislation, and best practices.
• Confidence engaging with clients, LPAs, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of BNG solutions from concept to long-term management.
• Interpret biodiversity data and statutory metrics.
• Advise clients, planners, and stakeholders with guidance.
• Review and quality-check ecological and BNG outputs.
• Monitor and grow the BNG offer through partnerships.
