Job summary

A leading environmental services company is seeking experienced Team Leaders for a project in the Brighton and Hove area. Your responsibilities will include installing steel bin housings, ensuring quality standards, and leading small teams. Full training will be provided. Ideal candidates will have experience in power tool operation and team leadership, with the ability to drive a 3.5t van desirable. The contract runs for 10 to 14 weeks starting 5th January 2026.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in leading small teams.
• Experience in operation of power tools and familiarity with anchoring procedures.
• Entitlement to drive a 3.5t van is highly desirable.

• Drill holes in the ground and secure bin housings with anchor bolts.

Position Summary

We are recruiting for 2 x Team Leaders with demonstrable experience in leading small teams.

The project is to install steel bin housings (and place a wheeled bin inside) to various locations throughout the Brighton and Hove Council area.

Responsibilities

• Install steel bin housings (and place a wheeled bin inside) at various locations throughout the Brighton and Hove Council area.
• Drill holes in the ground and secure bin housings to the ground using anchor bolts to a high level of quality.
• Use power tools competently and safely, assisting in a hands on approach.
• Work in teams of 2 staff, coordinating tasks and ensuring quality standards are met.

• Demonstrable experience in leading small teams.
• Experience in operation of power tools and familiarity with anchoring procedures.
• Entitlement to drive a 3.5t van is highly desirable.

Details

Full training will be provided. Work commences 5th January 2026 for a 10 to 14 week period.
