Hoare Lea in Cardiff is seeking a BIM Technician to support the production and coordination of MEP models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Revit. The role involves model setup, coordination reviews, and collaboration with engineers to translate designs into coordinated BIM outputs.
You will engage with ACC/CDE workflows, learn BIM BEPs, and contribute to quality checks while developing interest in automation tools and BIM standards, within a supportive team.
We have an exciting opportunity for a BIM Technician to join our Cardiff team. This role would suit someone with some existing experience using Autodesk Revit who is looking to develop their career within BIM and building services engineering. You may already be working in a junior BIM, CAD or digital engineering role, have completed an apprenticeship or relevant qualification, or be looking to transition into building services from another area of the construction industry.
