Job description

One of our clients in Bristol is expanding the team and looking for a BIM Technician to join their team in Bristol. If you are interested in the field of Building Services and you have got a good working knowledge on Revit MEP software please apply for the role. It is a great opportunity to develop your skills in Revit MEP and work on some great projects. The company has got two offices and employs over 50 staff in those locations and they have been growing in the last 3 years opening the new office in Bristol back in 2021.

What we require from the successful applicant:

• 2 or more years' BIM modelling and coordination experience of various disciplines in the Building Services Design sector
• Experience of automating modelling / model administration and processes to improve design and delivery efficiency
• Experience of producing 2D and 3D models and design information across various sectors and project stages
• Experience of using MagiCAD would be beneficial;
• Experience of using Navisworks
• An open and collaborative approach to improving project delivery and processes at various stages of design
• Experience supporting engineers in their use of Revit and AutoCAD.
• The ability to mix well within a close knit, sociable team
