Job summary

Belcan in the United Kingdom is seeking a Revit Technician to create, maintain and validate asset and building information within Revit, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and compliance.

You will update asset data through the Common Data Environment (CDE), conduct site surveys to verify data, and produce content that aligns with company standards and BIM best practices. This role supports asset information quality across a large portfolio.

Qualifications

• BIM knowledge and BIM standards
• Experience with Revit models and asset data
• Understanding of asset information management and CDE workflows
• Familiarity with COBie data schema and MEP principles
• Ability to work with engineering data and maintain documentation

Responsibilities

• Creating, updating, and managing BIM models using Revit.
• Maintaining asset information and issuing updates through the CDE.
• Conducting site surveys and validation to verify asset data.
• Producing model content aligning with standards and BIM best practices.
• Supporting continuous improvement of asset information quality across the portfolio.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure information is accessible, reliable, and fit for purpose.
