As the new BIM Manager

You’ll take ownership of the BIM model across drylining and ceiling projects, leading design integration and ensuring the 3D model drives construction efficiency. What you’ll do

• Manage and maintain BIM models for drylining and ceiling fit-out projects in Revit, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with BIM protocols.
• Lead clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, coordinating with multiple trades and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Develop, edit, and integrate Revit families across projects, maintaining high standards for modelling consistency and efficiency.
• Work closely with the design team, project managers, and site teams to embed BIM workflows, set standards, and streamline processes.
• Mentor and guide team members in BIM best practices, helping to build internal capability and strengthen the in‑house design team.

What you’ll need

• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and resolution.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑discipline BIM models, ensuring design integration and coordination.
• Knowledge of drylining, ceilings, fit-out, or similar construction sectors.
