Job description

Our client is looking for a BIM Manager to be based in Warrington.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate

• Experience managing project information for complex engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of document control, CDEs and ISO19650 - Asite experience is preferrable.

Familiarity with core DAMA-DMBOK disciplines, such as :

• Data governance
• Data architecture
• Metadata and reference data management

Data quality management

• Proficiency in digital platforms such as Autodesk BIM 360, Bentley ProjectWise, or equivalent PLM tools.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills to support onboarding, deployment, and capability uplift.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and support multidisciplinary teams.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced, evolving programme environment.

Pay is £500 per day outside IR35
