The role focuses on enabling capability building, assurance and continuous improvement in BIM and digital delivery. You will work with discipline leads, regional leadership and project teams to set delivery goals, develop delivery plans and mentor teams on BIM workflows, tools and standards across all project stages.

Your role
  • Deliver the regional BIM strategy and transformation plan with the BIM Lead, aligned to agreed standards and ways of working.
  • Define BIM scope, deliverables and approach to meet client needs and project outcomes.
  • Assess, trial and support adoption of digital tools and methods that deliver measurable value.
  • Support governance, assurance and reporting, evidencing benefits from improvements to people, process and technology.
  • Provide BIM/IM input to bids (approach, deliverables, programme, resourcing and governance).
  • Shape early scope by clarifying BIM requirements, standards, risks, opportunities and deliverability.
  • Engage clients and internal stakeholders to promote BIM capability and consistent messaging.
  • Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), including processes, protocols and CDE configuration.
  • Enable cross-discipline coordination and consistent application of BIM standards and workflows.
  • Support information exchange, model QA and approval processes to meet client and project requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate BIM Coordinators (where applicable) to meet regional, project and client demands.
  • Identify skills gaps, prioritise training needs and support delivery of upskilling plans with the wider BIM community.
  • Align regional hardware/software needs with the BIM strategy and baseline project technology requirements.
About You
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience as an Information/BIM Manager (or similar) in a multi‑disciplinary environment across varied project types.
  • Strong knowledge of UK BIM requirements and ISO 19650‑aligned information management.
  • Proficient with Revit, Navisworks and Revizto; other tools (e.g., Rhino, Solibri, Morta, OBD) desirable.
  • Experienced in managing Common Data Environments (CDEs) for collaboration and controlled information exchange.
