Job summary

KierBAM, a Joint Venture between Kier and BAM UK & Ireland, is delivering a Royal Navy redevelopment in Plymouth and seeks an experienced BIM Manager to lead information management, ISO19650 compliance, and the deployment of digital tools across tenders and projects.

The role requires security clearance (BPSS) and UK residency for the last 5 years, with responsibilities spanning governance, workflow optimization, and collaboration with Digital Engineers and production teams.

Qualifications

• Higher Education in Construction or related field.
• 3–5 years experience on construction projects with digital solutions.
• Must be able to obtain BPSS security clearance and UK resident for last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead information management for tenders and projects in line with EIRs and MIDP.
• Manage the Common Data Environment and provide training and support.
• Coordinate with Digital Engineers, Production and other functions to meet information requirements.
• Drive ISO19650 compliance and participate in audits.
• Develop and implement the Digital strategy across tenders/projects.
• Ensure security governance and data integrity in secure environments.
