Job summary

Responsibilities include producing high-quality drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, managing BIM workflows, coordinating MEP services, and ensuring standards per ISO 19650. A strong BIM background and team-player mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive BIM delivery experience using Autodesk Revit and related tech on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP for design and construction.
• Proficient in Navisworks, including clash detection and reporting.
• Experience with ACC / BIM 360 and 2D/3D AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality technical drawings using 2D AutoCAD and 3D Revit.
• Manage BIM project setup, coordination, and day-to-day model workflows.
• Coordinate MEP services within a federated BIM environment.
• Apply BIM best practices and collaborate with Central BIM team to maintain standards.
• Lead and coordinate clash detection reviews with project teams and contractors.
• Fulfil BIM information management responsibilities per ISO 19650 and BEP.
